Job Description:
We are seeking a Laboratory Technician to join the team at our client’s Formulation Laboratory in Buona Vista. The ideal candidate should be passionate about working in a laboratory environment and have a strong foundation in chemistry and formulation processes.
In this role, you will:
Conduct formulation testing, analysis, and preparation of chemical samples.
Perform laboratory experiments in compliance with standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.
Record and analyze data, ensuring accuracy and reliability in test results.
Assist in maintaining laboratory equipment and ensuring a clean and organized workspace.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product development and troubleshooting processes.
Requirements:
️ Diploma in Applied Chemistry, Perfumery & Cosmetic Science, or Chemical Engineering.
️ Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in a chemistry laboratory environment (preferred).
️ Prior experience in a Formulation Laboratory is an advantage.
️ Strong understanding of laboratory safety protocols and procedures.
️ Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
