Job Description:
- Assist mainly with AR accounting tasks
- Performing day to day financial transactions, data entry into ERP, recording of bank documentations, and filing of documents
- Reconciliation bank statement and other financial documents
- Assist to create and process vendor invoices on a timely basis
- Manage basic phone calls and respond to email inquiries related to accounting matters
- Any other duties as assigned
Job Requirement:
- Minimum GCE 'O' Levels
- Minimum 1 year of experience in AR
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good organization and time management skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
Job Highlights:
- 5 days work week, 8am - 5pm (Monday - Friday)
- Location: Near Jurong East Mrt/Transport Hub, next to IMM
Job Type: Contract

Pay: $2,200.00 - $2,400.00 per month
