This full-time role is responsible for overseeing the company's financial accounting and reporting functions, as well as providing administrative support across the organisation.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (profit and loss, balance sheets, cash flow reports).
- Maintain accurate financial records and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations (GST, Tax, CPF, surveys).
- Review Sales invoices, SOA, Bank reconciliation, Payroll, CPF, JE, and Management reports monthly.
- Review GST, cheque listing, and scanned payment vouchers quarterly.
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing, payments, and collections.
- Provide financial analysis and advice to support business decision-making.
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions, including insurance and levy rebates.
- Manage and supervise the Accounts/ HR/ administrative team to ensure efficient office operations.
- Liaise with external auditors and regulatory bodies (IRAS, BCA, MOM, NEA, IMDA) as required including all surveys such as BCA annual return, BCA workheads renewal etc on behalf of the company
- Resolve issues with accounting and HR software.
- Perform any other ad hoc duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance with 5 years experience or Local Poly Diploma ( Finance/Accounts) with 10 years experience
- At least 5 years of experience in a similar finance and administrative role, preferably in the M&E industry
- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles, reporting standards, and regulatory requirements
- Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Ability to multitask, prioritise, and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- A strong sense of integrity and commitment to maintaining confidentiality

Pay: $5,500.00 - $6,500.00 per month
