Design and implement a comprehensive emerging talent development framework, targeting local students pre-university to undergraduate levels.
Develop a cohesive recruitment strategy, including branding and outreach efforts, to attract aspiring individuals to internship opportunities.

Lead and manage the A*STAR Internship Programme (ARIA), a flagship initiative designed to identify and nurture promising students for A*GA's scholarship schemes.
Spearhead STEM promotion activities to spark interest in science among students at all levels and promote higher uptake of STEM careers. Activities should also engage the wider community, including the general public and parents.
