We are seeking a highly analytical and results-oriented Digital Marketing Strategist to join our dynamic marketing team. You will be responsible for developing and executing data-driven digital marketing strategies that drive brand awareness, engagement, and business growth across our portfolio of brands. You will work closely with a team of marketers, designers, and social media managers to develop and implement integrated digital campaigns.
Responsibilities:
- Digital Strategy & Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies across all channels, including search engine optimisation (SEO), search engine marketing (SEM), paid social media marketing and email marketing
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, monitor and optimise integrated digital marketing campaigns, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives for both TLBG and its portfolio of brands.
- Database Management: Build and maintain a centralised guest database for the group, ensuring accuracy, organisation, and data security.
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track, analyse, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for brand health across all digital channels. Utilise data insights to optimise campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and inform future strategies.
- Industry Trends: Stay abreast of the latest digital marketing trends, new platforms, technologies, and best practices.
- Group Marketing: Support Head of Brand in new business pitches and group marketing priorities (e.g. private events marketing, CRM) and concept development.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on SEO/SEM and paid social media advertising.
- Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns that drive measurable results.
- Strong analytical and data analysis skills with experience in using data analytics tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite etc.).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other data analysis tools.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in the hospitality or F&B industry is a strong advantage.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and marketing automation platforms.
- Experience with A/B testing and other campaign optimisation techniques.
- Familiarity with programmatic advertising and other advanced digital advertising techniques. SEO/SEM experience is a plus but not mandatory
