  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Reconnect Psychology & Family Therapy is a growing private practice dedicated to supporting individuals, couples, and families on their journey towards healing and connection. We are currently looking for a Part-Time Practice Manager to join our team and help us grow while ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

Location: Somerset, Singapore
Hours: 3 days per week (flexible working options available)
Contract: 3-month probation period, with potential for extension to a longer-term role

About the Role

As the Practice Manager, you will play a key role in the day-to-day operations and development of our practice. You will support the therapists in delivering excellent care to our clients and help us manage and grow our business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading business development initiatives, including marketing, outreach, and partnerships.
  • Managing the practice’s operations, including appointment scheduling, client communication, and record-keeping.
  • Coordinating with therapists to ensure a seamless client experience.
  • Overseeing administrative processes such as invoicing, payments, and basic bookkeeping.
  • Monitoring and maintaining compliance with ethical and regulatory standards.
  • Creating and implementing efficient systems to support the growth of the practice.

About You

We’re looking for someone who is organised, proactive, and passionate about working in a mental health setting.

Essential Skills and Experience:

  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in administrative tasks and office software.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a small team.
  • A genuine interest in mental health and wellbeing.

Desirable Skills:

  • Experience in practice or office management, preferably in a mental health or healthcare setting.
  • Knowledge of social media or digital marketing to support our business development.
