About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Lead to join our dynamic education team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets within the education sector. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership:
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives.
  • Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
  • Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
  • Sales Strategy & Execution:
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions, including principals, teachers, and procurement departments.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
  • Negotiate and close deals effectively.
  • Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
  • Ensuring you and your team meet the Sales KPI
  • Sales Management:
  • Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
  • Customer Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.

Qualifications:

  • Min 2 years of experience in sales leadership within the education sector.
  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of the education market and its key players.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
