About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Outdoor Sales Lead to join our dynamic education team. In this role, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of outdoor sales representatives to achieve ambitious sales targets within the education sector. You will play a crucial role in developing and implementing effective sales strategies, building strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of outdoor sales representatives.
- Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for the team.
- Conduct regular team meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Monitor team performance and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement sales training programs to enhance team skills and knowledge.
- Sales Strategy & Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and action plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the education sector.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify key trends and opportunities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers in schools and educational institutions, including principals, teachers, and procurement departments.
- Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations.
- Negotiate and close deals effectively.
- Manage the sales process from lead generation to closing.
- Ensuring you and your team meet the Sales KPI
- Sales Management:
- Track and analyze sales performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts.
- Manage sales budgets and expenses effectively.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant sales policies and procedures.
- Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints effectively.
Qualifications:
- Min 2 years of experience in sales leadership within the education sector.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and building high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the education market and its key players.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
- Strong leadership, mentorship, and coaching skills.
- Proficiency in CRM and sales management tools.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and a results-oriented approach.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 12 months
Pay: $2,500.00 - $5,000.00 per month
