  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Responsibilities

- Singapore territory (Singapore, Batam, JB)

- Maintain and grow Existing Customer base

- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within manufacturing, logistic, Warehouse, Packaging industrial segments.

- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

- Manage customer accounts, track project progress, and ensure timely delivery and installation.

- Follow up with client’s post-sale to ensure product satisfaction and foster long-term relationships

- Provide technical knowledge of the Marking & Coding Equipment and solutions to customers.

- Perform product demo’s, quotations, sample making and project handling as required

- Advise and train customers on basic Operation and Maintenance techniques.

- Use CRM and create sales reports as required.

Requirements

- Able to organise and meet targets above consistently

- IT skills in Google Suite, AutoCad and CRM software is essential

- Able to work independently and timely in follow-up.

- Must have Class 3 Driving License

- Good understanding of marketing and negotiation techniques.

- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a hunter mentality.

Experience

- ITE or Diploma, Uni grad - in Electro Mechanical engineering is preferred.

- Fresh to 3 years work experience in Industrial sales.

- Selling and basic servicing of Industrial Equipment is an advantage.

- Experience in Warehouse or packaging industries prefer
