Service Administrator

Roles & Responsibilities

1. As a Maintenance Service Administrator ;

2. Manage and coordinate payment-related tasks for the Lift Maintenance Department.

3. After-Sales Quotations and Delivery Orders: Issue quotations and delivery orders to customers.

4. Coordinate with technicians to obtain updates on repair job status.

5. Job Completion Updates: Record completed jobs into worksheets.

6. Develop and maintain good relationships with existing customers via phone and email.

7. Maintain accurate records of customer’s account

8. Any other maintenance related matters assigned by your direct superior.

• 2-3 years of relevant work experience required for this role
• Working rights required for this role
• Expected salary: $2,300 - $2,800 per month
