1. Main Duties and & Responsibilities:
Handle the AP (Account Payable), expenses, banking & reconciliations;
Ensure financial records are maintained in compliance with company’s policies and procedures
Ensure accuracy and all reporting deadlines are met
Ensure all inter-company transactions are timely captured and reconciled
Responsible for day to day Accounts Payable and Receivable duties
Bank reconciliation and internet banking payment
Handle staff expenses claim.
Ensure proper maintenance and filing of documents
Follow-up and resolve discrepancies in invoices promptly with internal and external parties
Coordinate with all departments and provide administrative support
Provide basic office administration support, such as scheduling of internal/external meetings, conference calls or video conferences; preparation of meeting materials and minutes, office assets tracking and recording.
Oversee the maintenance, cleanliness and security of office premises, coordinating with vendors for office supplies and equipment.
Provide basic HR functions such as leave management and staff onboarding/offboarding.
Perform any other duties as and when assigned.
2. Requirements:
Min. 1 year of relevant experience.
Possess a least a Diploma in Accounting.
Good in Microsoft Office Skills e.g. Excel, Words, Powerpoint.
Good communication skills.
Meticulous, Independent, Resourceful and Committed.
