As part of our service team, you play an important role in ensuring that our customer's systems are in tip top shape. You'd be in charge of installation, upgrades, troubleshooting, maintenance & training.

Job Description
Perform preventive & corrective maintenance, installations, training, upgrades & troubleshooting of various systems
Provide technical support to our team of engineers & other departments when required
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations at customer site
Perform site reviews, surveys and inventory checks to ensure equipment and systems are in working order
Carry out any ad-hoc project, assignment, maintenance or repair work assigned
Ensure complete documentation of procedures and maintenance works
Requirements
Minimum Nitec in Electrical/Engineering
Good observation and analytical skills
Ability to interpret technical drawings and diagrams
Familiarity in troubleshooting techniques
Proficient in written and spoken English
Class 2B/3 driving license and have own transport is a plus
Able to work rotating shift if required
Able to do standby duty and OT on short notice
Knowledge of computer & networking would be a plus
Working knowledge of banking & ATM related software and hardware systems would be an added advantage
