Your main role is to manage the company accounts, including inter-company accounts.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting to management
- Prepare and submit the progress claim for assigned projects.
- Prepare monthly closing stock and analysis
- Liaising with banks officer on bank facilities and loan
- Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings
- Co-ordinate responses to field audit work queries
- Review on bank reconciliation
- Analyze business operations and cost
- Prepare journal entries for month-end closing
- Monitor inter-company transactions
- Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
- Perform reconcilition of fixed assets
- Ensure that customers funds are timely received
- Conduct transfer of ownership for vehicle in LTA website
- Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.
Requirements
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields.
- Prefer candidate with experience in inter-company accounts transactions and experience in managing a team
- Strong experience in monthly & quarterly closings and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Be able to work independently with minimum guidance
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month
