Your main role is to manage the company accounts, including inter-company accounts.

  • Prepare monthly financial statements and reporting to management
  • Prepare and submit the progress claim for assigned projects.
  • Prepare monthly closing stock and analysis
  • Liaising with banks officer on bank facilities and loan
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of tax returns and other statutory filings
  • Co-ordinate responses to field audit work queries
  • Review on bank reconciliation
  • Analyze business operations and cost
  • Prepare journal entries for month-end closing
  • Monitor inter-company transactions
  • Facilitate and complete monthly close procedures
  • Perform reconcilition of fixed assets
  • Ensure that customers funds are timely received
  • Conduct transfer of ownership for vehicle in LTA website
  • Prepare and submit quarterly GST return
  • Ensure compliance with tax regulations and financial reporting standards.

Requirements

  • Preferred Bachelor's degree in Accounting / Finance or related fields.
  • Prefer candidate with experience in inter-company accounts transactions and experience in managing a team
  • Strong experience in monthly & quarterly closings and audits, ensuring accuracy and compliance
  • Analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data and provide actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Be able to work independently with minimum guidance

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $3,500.00 - $5,500.00 per month

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental Pay:

  • 13th month salary
  • Performance bonus

Education:

  • Bachelor's or equivalent (Required)

Experience:

  • Account management: 5 years (Required)
