We are looking for an experienced Finance Manager with expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central and strong project management skills to lead an accounting software migration project.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Management:
- Oversee budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and cash flow management.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal controls.
- Analyze key financial metrics and provide actionable insights.
Accounting Software Migration:
- Lead the end-to-end migration to Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external consultants on project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Ensure data integrity during migration through data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
- Provide training and support to the finance team during the transition.
Team Leadership:
- Manage and mentor the finance team, promoting accountability and collaboration.
- Delegate tasks effectively and align team goals with organizational objectives.
Compliance and Risk Management:
- Ensure compliance with tax laws, regulatory requirements, and corporate policies.
- Identify and mitigate financial risks proactively.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Work with other departments to optimize processes and align financial strategies with business goals.
- Partner with IT and vendors during system upgrades and implementations.
