Job Responsibilities:
Provide dedicated support to assigned customers and overseas agents, handling all aspects of sales quotations, RFIs, RFQs, and inquiries related to air freight.
Arrange air export bookings with airlines and co-loader agents, ensuring accurate and timely scheduling.
Follow up with clients on shipment progress and updates, manage air export billing, verify invoices, and handle any rate discrepancies.
Coordinate closely with customers, sales teams, and overseas agents, while liaising effectively with operations teams to ensure smooth shipment arrangements and meet client requirements.
Proactively address client inquiries, provide solutions for logistics needs, and maintain high standards of customer satisfaction.
Job Requirements:
Proficiency in both English and Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking associates.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with air operations and cross-functional teams.
Self-motivated, with a team-oriented mindset and a willingness to learn.
Flexibility to work overtime as needed to meet client and operational demands.
Able to perform OT when required.
