Job Scope:

  • Sales, relationship management, and customer service
  • Proactively manage customer enquiries through telephone and email support
  • Provide before and after sales service & consultation to all potential customers
  • Perform administrative support on customer registration and follow ups
  • Prepare quotations, invoice generation & payment collection

Job Requirements:

  • Strong sales and relationship management
  • Understands the dynamics of upselling, cross selling, and is generally passionate about the sales process
  • Positive and friendly, self-motivated, service focused, and solution oriented mindset
  • Strong team player but able to work proactively on their own on specific projects
  • Understands the importance of building positive relationships with customers and enjoys this initiative
  • Commitment to task accomplishment at a high level, unafraid of asking questions for clarity
  • Pride in ownership of a well maintained and customer oriented asset
  • Customer service focused and can deliver professional, on brand experience

Experience & Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years prior sales, customer service, and relationship management required
  • Strong communication skills in person, by email, and on the phone a must
  • Prior consumer facing experiences including retail sales will be an added advantage
  • Personable, outgoing, and unafraid of asking questions in order to progress initiatives
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Applications/ Outlook and IT Savvy
  • Strong command of English an asset

Working Hours:

  • 5.5 alternate working days
  • Monday to Saturday (except Wednesday): 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Sunday: Rest day

The Company may assign duties in addition to those listed/described above and/or vary the scope of work according to business requirements
