Job Summary

Our Receptionist serves as the first point of contact for the office and provides comprehensive administrative support to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This role involves managing the front desk, assisting with office logistics, and supporting senior management with scheduling and administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

Reception & Front Desk Management

Answer, screen, and direct phone calls in a professional and timely manner.Greet and assist all office visitors, ensuring a welcoming experience.Manage and organize the reception area to maintain a tidy and professional appearance.

Mailbox, Mailroom & Deliveries

Handle incoming mail, parcels, and courier services, including recording, sorting, and distributing letters and documents.Coordinate outgoing mail and courier services efficiently.

Meeting Room & Office Management

Manage and organize meeting rooms and conference rooms, including scheduling and setup (with support from the Real Estate Team).Replenish meeting room supplies and ensure they are well-maintained.

Administrative Support

Schedule and coordinate meetings for the CEO and CFO (Occasionally)⁠Perform light administrative duties such as data entry, record-keeping, purchasing of office supplies (stationary, coffee powder, tea bags)
