Sales & Merchandising Executives

Sales & Merchandising Executive is a professional who drives the sales of a company's products or services. You play a crucial role in generating revenue and business growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.

  • Product Demonstration: Delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of the company's products or services.

  • Brand Ambassador: Being sensitive and maintaining Lancashire Marketing’s policy and image positively and illustrate to all stakeholders (internally and externally) of good integrity and name of Lancashire Marketing.

  • Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability.

  • Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.

  • Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.

  • Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analysing data, and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities.

  • Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.

  • Events & Activation: Able to present and promote products, brands and as Lancashire Marketing as whole. Should have positive approach and appearance for buddying team.

  • Risk Management: Able to identify risks and perform the necessary risks and escalate to the correct channel.

Essential Skills:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication to build rapport with clients.

  • Persuasive Skills: The ability to convince potential customers of the value of the product or service.

  • Negotiation Skills: The ability to negotiate favourable terms and close deals.

  • Problem-Solving Skills: The ability to identify and resolve customer issues.

  • Time Management Skills: The ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

  • Product Knowledge: A deep understanding of the products or services being sold.

  • Customer Focus: A commitment to providing excellent customer service.

  • Computer Knowledge: Be able to pickup new software skills. Basic MS Office is a must. Should be responsive and able to communicate via digital platforms such as MS Teams, Skype and/or Whatsapp for Business.
