Sales & Merchandising Executive is a professional who drives the sales of a company's products or services. You play a crucial role in generating revenue and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Building Relationships: Developing and nurturing strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and preferences.
Product Demonstration: Delivering compelling presentations to showcase the value of the company's products or services.
Brand Ambassador: Being sensitive and maintaining Lancashire Marketing’s policy and image positively and illustrate to all stakeholders (internally and externally) of good integrity and name of Lancashire Marketing.
Negotiation and Closing Deals: Negotiating terms, pricing, and contracts with clients to secure deals while maintaining profitability.
Customer Support: Providing excellent customer service, addressing concerns, and resolving issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
Sales Process Management: Managing the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals and after-sales support.
Sales Reporting and Analysis: Tracking sales performance, analysing data, and generating reports to identify trends and opportunities.
Achieving Sales Targets: Meeting and exceeding sales targets set by the company.
Events & Activation: Able to present and promote products, brands and as Lancashire Marketing as whole. Should have positive approach and appearance for buddying team.
Risk Management: Able to identify risks and perform the necessary risks and escalate to the correct channel.

Computer Knowledge: Be able to pickup new software skills. Basic MS Office is a must. Should be responsive and able to communicate via digital platforms such as MS Teams, Skype and/or Whatsapp for Business.
