Job Description:
- Deliver sales quota set by the management.
- Understand customer needs and coordinate efforts to provide excellent service to the customers, as well as maintain a good relationship with them.
- Attend to customers’ queries and complaints, and provide the best solutions to help them solve the problems.
- Design and arrange the retail outlet layout and product management.
- Responsible for the planning and execution of in-house roadshows/promotional activities for the Company’s products.
Job Requirement:
- Has a keen interest in sales.
- Able to communicate fluently in English & Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
- Have basic computer literacy skills.
- Required skill(s): Selling, Customer Service, Stock Management.
