Facilities Technician
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform building/ facilities/ property preventive and ad-hoc maintenance works
Supervise maintenance and servicing works carried out by contractors
Conduct routine building inspections and monitor the performance of the mechanical & electrical systems
Carry out breakdown maintenance works (eg. electrical, sanitary, plumbing, painting and building repair works)
Attend to breakdown of building services and tenants' service calls
Conduct fire and safety procedures
Assist and support any adhoc work assigned.
Requirement
Nitec/Diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
NITEC Skills Certificates in ACMV or M&E services will be advantageous
Hands-on skill set in mechanical and electrical systems, with proficiency in maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair
Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
