Sport Facilities Housekeeper
• Responsible for the daily operations of the Club’s sports facilities. This includes regular checks on all sports facilities’ equipment and cleanliness. Timely reporting of defects to management.
• Check & assist in members’ signing-in / out and processes and on-site transaction for programs, activities and classes, includes booking fee, course/lessons fee. Update of records of transaction onto finance report.
• Attend to members’ enquiries through phone or email for Club’s matters, especially sports facilities.
• Assist in follow up with vendor on repairs & maintenance.
• Responsible for administrative management for sports facilities, ie issuing and collection of towels. Assist in the inventory stock checks for all sports facilities, ie Gym, Sports hall, pool etc.
• Assisting in the co-ordination and of Club’s programme/activity assigned by the Gym Supervisor / Sports Manager.
• Provide quality and friendly service to members at all times.
• Any other task/s assigned by management.
