Job Responsibilities:
Coordinate daily manufacturing and job scheduling tasks.
Liaise with internal teams and external partners to address and resolve operational challenges.
Plan and manage manpower allocation and scheduling effectively.
Uphold discipline and ensure compliance with established Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) within the Operations Department.
Implement and sustain 5S practices to enhance productivity.
Oversee processes related to distribution and warehouse management.
Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned.
