Duties and Responsibilities:
Follow assignments and instructions delegated by the supervisor.
Build and maintain strong customer service relationships with customers.
Exhibit patience when interacting with customers over the phone.
Demonstrate proficiency in basic phone call procedures.
Analyze existing inventory data as required.
Be familiar with all aspects of work within your department, so that in the event of a colleague's absence, you can temporarily take on their duties and maintain workflow.
Complete any other tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Description:
Issue invoices, schedule deliveries, and notify the logistics team.
Issue order summaries after confirming details with customers and notify the respective drivers for pick-up and delivery.
Issue cash invoices to a specific list of customers.
Follow up with customer accounts for payment status and schedules.
Manage the logistics team group chat and handle recorded phone messages.
Handle all sales bill settlements for the week.
Process supplier invoices.
Pack and arrange stationery, uniforms, and other related office equipment.
Ensure the cleanliness of the office at the end of each workday.
Working Location: Woodlands Senoko
Working Days: 5 Days per week
Working Hour :
7am-16:30pm (Mon - Thu)
7am-16pm (Fri or Sat)
*alternate Saturdays. If work on a Saturday, will arrange take off work in weekday
