Responsibilities
Manage receivables and payables related to physical product trading transactions.
Oversee the issuance of import letters of credit (LC) and the negotiation of export LCs.
Review and analyze trade contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Collaborate with Operations to ensure seamless coordination of trade and shipment details.
Monitor and follow up on payment approvals.
Process payments for cargo and associated direct expenses.
Update and maintain accurate trade information in the system to support month-end account closures.
Provide Treasury with detailed receivables and payables data for cash flow planning.
Perform additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Banking, Commerce, Maritime Studies, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant experience in payments, invoicing, or trade finance.
Knowledge of Letters of Credit (LC) is highly advantageous.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Excellent numerical aptitude and attention to detail.
