Accounting
Full set of Accounts (AR, AP, GL, Bank Reconciliation).
Prepare Invoicing, debit & credit note, payment, etc.
Responsible for timely and accurate processing of payroll.
Submission of monthly CPF Contribution.
Generate monthly financial statements in a timely and accurate manner.
Quarterly GST submission.
Administration
Handle all administrative duties relating to HR matters and claims.
Maintain employee personal records, overtime, attendance incentive and leave records.
Handle employee and vehicle insurance, etc.
Any ad-hoc duties as assigned by the directors.
Job Requirements
Diploma in Accounting
Working experience in Accounts and Admin functions,
Familiar with Accounting & Payroll software and MS Office.
Initiative, Independent, and a team player.
Good work attitude
