1. Training Delivery

Provide hands-on, practical training both in-person and remotely to ensure staff are proficient in operational procedures and meet company standards.

2. SOP Development and Standardization
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assist in the development and refinement of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for all operational aspects.
Ensure SOPs are aligned with brand standards and are effectively communicated to franchisees and their staff.

3. Deployment and Operational Support
Support franchisees during new store launches, ensuring staff are trained on operational standards and are ready for opening.
Provide on-the-ground support during the critical launch period, offering troubleshooting and hands-on guidance as required.

4. Operations and Food Safety Audits
Conduct regular operational audits at franchise locations to ensure compliance with company SOPs and regulatory standards.
Monitor hygiene practices and food preparation processes, ensuring that all franchise locations adhere to the highest standards of food safety.
Report on audit findings and work with franchisees to implement corrective actions and continuous improvement strategies.

5. Ongoing Training and Support
Provide refresher training to franchisees and their staff, ensuring that operational and product knowledge is maintained at a high level.
Maintain clear communication channels with franchisees to offer ongoing support and respond to training-related queries.
Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into training programs to maintain competitiveness and operational excellence.
