We are looking for an Account Director to join our dynamic team. This role is at the heart of our business, driving client relationships, leading growth opportunities, and building/supporting a passionate team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities
1. Client Servicing (60%)
- Build and nurture trusted relationships with 2–3 core clients, acting as the primary contact and strategic advisor while managing a handful of additional smaller creative and production projects.
- In coordination with your line manager, you are responsible for ensuring client satisfaction and handling strategic issues or issue resolution.
- Oversee campaign delivery and production across multiple campaigns and touchpoints, ensuring they align with client objectives, timelines, and budgets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (creative, digital, and production) to execute integrated campaigns across various platforms and media channels.
- Anticipate client needs and proactively identify opportunities to add value to their business.
- Monitor campaign performance metrics and provide actionable recommendations for continuous improvement.
- Have your finger on the pulse and an eagle eye for numbers. Being able to prepare quotes effectively and ensure commercials are accurately recorded and reported to the business. Financial control of billings and third party costs
2. Growth (20%)
- Identify and convert new business opportunities within existing client portfolios and your own personal network.
- Lead pitch processes, from ideation to presentation, ensuring strategic alignment with client goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, using insights to inspire innovation and attract new clients.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on strategic growth initiatives for MSQ Asia.
3. Grit (20%)
- We’re a small but high performing team. We’re looking for someone that is willing and able to step in, lead the charge and is happy to get their hands dirty. We operate in a start-up vibe and look for people that want to build part of our next chapter.
- We’re growing and as such we plan on giving you the opportunity to support us in finding the next generation of support across our Client Servicing division. This will lead to mentoring and management opportunities.
- Take ownership of the quality of creative responses in conjunction with Creative Director

Requirements
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience (6+ years) in account management within the advertising, marketing, or creative industries.
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills with a client-first mindset.
Demonstrated expertise in managing campaigns across multiple platforms and touchpoints. - Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal abilities.
- A track record of successfully growing client accounts and leading pitches.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with experience managing and developing teams.
- Knowledge of digital, data-driven marketing, and sustainability-focused campaigns is a plus.
