Address any inquiries or concerns raised by customers in a timely and professional manner.
Provide comprehensive before and after-sales service to customers, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the entire purchasing process and beyond.
Ensuring all customer interactions embody our commitment to quality and innovation.
Handleall showroom activities, including maintaining a clean and organized environment to showcase vehicle models effectively.
Facilitate the completion of sales and purchase paperwork, ensuring all documentation is accurate and processed efficiently.
Stay updated with the latest BYD product developments and the evolving dining offerings at 1826.
Work closely with the marketing team to implement sales strategies and promotions, and provide feedback on customer trends and demands.
