Job Title: Sales Administration Executive

We are looking for motivated individuals who is meticulous and have a mind for customer service. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting and enhancing the productivity of the sales team for our pantry services projects, contributing to the overall success of the business.
The Sales Administrative Executive is responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the day-to-day sales operations, including sales documentation, order processing and customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Support and manage smooth coordination of daily sales operation, related administrative and logistics arrangement.
Process monthly quotation, purchase order, delivery order and invoice promptly and accurately.
Ensure timely fulfilment of customer orders and accuracy of inbound/outbound shipments.
Prepare and arrange inbound and outbound deliveries, liaising with outsourced delivery suppliers.
Establish and maintain customer/supplier relationships.
Monitor inventory accuracy and track inventory levels to ensure sufficient supplies for smooth operation.
Maintain and ensure proper documentation and filing system.
Data entry for accounting-related matters and stock updates.
Preparation and submission of relevant reports and documents.
Undertake any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the company.
Requirements/Qualifications:
Higher NITEC / NITEC in any discipline or Diploma in Business Administration, Supply Chain or equivalent.
At least 1-2 years of experience in operations, sales administration or similar roles in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Candidate should be resourceful, able to work independently while being a team player.
Positive and customer-focused mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Meticulous, good follow up skills and able to prioritize multiple tasks with competing deadlines.
Strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel and PowerPoint) and experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is an added advantage.
