- Lead and grow your portfolio of accounts space through strong engagement with key decision makers by selling NCS solutions to the target customer base;
- Have a strong understanding of the latest technology trends and the business needs of the clients, thus being able to coordinate across functional teams within NCS to bring the right winning team to drive successful solutions and contract closure;
- Meet sales quota through identifying and gaining business from new and existing clients and ensuring customer's satisfaction through the products and services provided by NCS

- Presales Experience in ICT services or ICT Consulting Practitioner preferred
- Knowledge of Commercial arrangements
- ICT Practitioner preferred
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Experience in managing multiple stakeholders preferred
- Dynamic and able to adjust in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to deal with ambiguity and develop Point-of-Views to client's problems and business needs
- Solution Sales and/or Consulting Skills
- Good Negotiation, Presentation and Deal Maker skills
- University Degree/ Polytechnic Diploma
- Background in Computer Science or Computer Engineering is a plus
