  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

The company boasts a fleet of over 1,300 vehicles and employs approximately 1,200 staff members. Their services include chartering buses for overseas flights and group tours.Job Summary:
  • Located at Gul Circle
  • Up to $3,500
  • AWS + VB
Job Responsibilities:
  • Oversee daily bus fleet operations, including vehicle inspection and handling day-to-day ground operations.
  • Plan and optimize routes, assist in schedule adjustments based on demand and traffic, and support report preparation.
  • Manage subcontractors (subcons) and crews, handling inquiries and sourcing subcons as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards by supervising drivers and addressing any incidents or issues that arise.
  • Update the CMS system and maintain records of vehicle usage, fuel consumption, and maintenance.
  • Coordinate and resolve incidents quickly, ensuring minimal disruption to services.
  • Ensure smooth customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving any service-related problems.
  • Perform any additional tasks assigned by management to ensure operational efficiency.
Requirements:
  • Possess Diploma or Higher
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in operation, preferably in subcon or driver management
  • Proficiency in Chinese is preferred to effectively communicate with Chinese Drivers
  • Experience in private bus industry is preferred
  • Good team player, interpersonal skills, full of initiatives with sense of ownership
  • Good problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Able to prioritize and multitask
