We're seeking a passionate Marketing Manager to lead the charge for The Coconut Club and OverEasy, our beloved casual dining experiences. This role involves working closely with Venue Leaders to increase

Responsibilities:

  • Brand Champions: Live and breathe brands, develop a deep understanding of their inner workings, and craft marketing strategies that grow the brand and business in equal measure.
  • Creative Collaborator: Work with our in-house and external creative teams to develop captivating branding materials that resonate with the brands’ target audiences.
  • Digital Guru: Manage social media, email marketing, and website updates, crafting engaging content aligned with business goals and foster brand love. Optimise campaigns with data analytics to maximize reach and engagement.
  • Storytelling Maestro: Cultivate relationships with media, influencers, and industry partners. Craft press releases, media pitches, and features that highlight the unique offerings of The Coconut Club and OverEasy.
  • Partnership Pro: Identify and secure partnerships with like-minded brands, elevating the overall experience for guests. Execute marketing initiatives for events, collaborations, and seasonal launches.
  • Guest Advocate: Work with Operations to develop guest loyalty programs and VIP initiatives that foster lasting connections. Analyse guest feedback to refine marketing efforts and continually enhance the dining experience.
  • Trusted Operational Partner: Maintain seamless communication with operations and culinary teams to ensure marketing campaigns perfectly align with service delivery.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the F&B or hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of managing successful marketing campaigns across different channels.
  • Deep understanding of casual dining concepts and marketing strategies for this segment.
