Overview
As the Strategic Communication Associate, you are responsible for developing compelling content to achieve different communication and marketing objectives. You will also be managing client’s projects and the agency’s relationship with the clients.
Your work covers three broad areas:
1. Content development and campaign management
2. Project management
3. Account management
Responsibilities
- Write, edit and proofread different content types such as social media posts and feature stories
- Develop content and campaign concepts
- Manage development of campaign deliverables
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance
Project management:
- Oversee implementation of project plan
- Plan and manage project/campaign schedule to ensure timely and effective completion of deliverables
- Identify relevant resource options and manage vendors or partners
- Manage project administration, budget and expenses
- Prepare report in relations to development and performance of assigned projects
Account management
- Foster productive and effective client liaison, communication, and relationship management
- Establish and ensure clear and efficient account management processes between all concerned parties (eg: creative and production teams, third-party vendors, client’s organisation)
Requirements & Expectations
- Diploma or degree in communication, journalism, public relations or related field
- Good writing and communication skill is a must
- Knowledge of digital marketing and/or social media management
- Adept at using Microsoft Word, Powerpoint and Canva
- Meticulous multi-tasker and a dynamic team-player with leadership quality
- Able to work under tight deadlines
- Candidates with at least two years of prior experience working in an agency are preferred

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $3,600.00 - $4,500.00 per month
