Job Description
Maintain Financial performance SSOT (P&L, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow) and other ancillary schedules in large spreadsheets
Conduct in-depth vertical and horizontal analysis of Financial statements
Prepare detailed periodic performance narratives with comparisons to past periods
Support in connecting the dots in financial performance with operational performance in writing narratives
Maintain business performance reporting, dashboards and ratio analytics
Support in identifying trends and patterns in the data, translating them into actionable insights
Help in preparing investor reports and presentations
Simplify complex business data and ratios into understandable and actionable insights
Monitor industry and market trends to provide relevant insights
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure data alignment and accuracy
Support into Statutory audit and performance narratives
Requirements
Masters degree in Finance or Professionally qualified CPA, Chartered Accountant
5-7 years of experience in Financial Analysis and story-telling within a dynamic and fast-paced environment
Having experience in the Investor Relations function will be an added advantage
Proficient in managing large Google Sheets and Advanced Excel formulas
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and narrate significant amounts of information
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Agile and able to adapt quickly to changing business needs and priorities
Self-Motivated and entrepreneurial mindset
