Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Junior Systems Engineer to join our team. This role provides an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates to gain hands-on experience in engineering design and technical configuration of telecommunication, safety & security, and marine navigation systems. You will work with technologies such as IP Infrastructure, WIFI WLAN, Firewall security, IP-PABX, PAGA, CCTV, VCS, TETRA/DMR UHF/VHF Radio, GMDSS Radio, GEO/MEO/LEO VSAT, IPTV, Radar, and Gyrocompass.
Key Responsibilities:
Solution Design & Integration:
- Assist in designing and implementing IT/ICT solutions, ensuring they meet the needs of our clients in the offshore oil and gas sector.
- Develop solutions using virtualization technologies like VMware vSphere/vCenter and Microsoft Hyper-V.
- Support the deployment of storage solutions, including NetApp or Nutanix HCI platforms.
Network & Security Implementation:
- Help design and configure Ethernet TCP/IP networks, ensuring performance and reliability.
- Assist in developing WLAN solutions, including access point (AP) planning and coverage studies.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of cybersecurity solutions in line with IEC 62443 standards.
- Assist in configuring and troubleshooting firewalls, including Fortinet and Palo Alto technologies.
Technical Project Management:
- Support the setup, configuration, and documentation of projects to ensure smooth execution.
- Assist in managing technical aspects of project implementations, including planning and resource allocation.
- Help produce technical documentation, including designs and user manuals.
Requirements:Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Certifications in areas like VMware, Nutanix, Microsoft, Fortinet, CISCO, or Palo Alto Networks are a plus.
Technical Competencies:
- Familiarity with virtualization technologies (VMware vSphere/vCenter, Microsoft Hyper-V).
- Basic knowledge of storage solutions (NetApp, Nutanix HCI).
- Understanding of networking concepts (Ethernet TCP/IP, WLAN design).
- Interest in cybersecurity principles and standards (IEC 62443).
- Familiarity with firewalls (Fortinet, Palo Alto).
- Basic knowledge of Linux operating systems (e.g., Ubuntu).
Attitude and Learning Ability:
- Strong self-motivation and a proactive approach to learning.
- Quick to adapt and willing to dive into new technologies and concepts independently.
- Ability to create your own lab or experiment with technologies to gain practical hands-on experience will be highly regarded.
- A problem-solving mindset with the drive to continuously improve and innovate.
Experience:
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in IT/ICT solutions and a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
- Internship or project experience in IT/ICT is beneficial but not required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $2,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- Yearly bonus
