[What the role is]

This is a 2-year contract position as a Senior Executive in the Human Resource & Organisational Development Office.
[What you will be working on]

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Provide administrative and operations support in full spectrum of recruitment activities.

  • Provide administrative and operations support in the hiring and contract management of adjunct workforce.

  • Provide end-to-end administration of compensation and benefits for the adjunct workforce, leveraging on the HR system, Workday.

  • Provide finance administration support not limiting to Procurement, Payroll, Reconciliation, Invoice and Claims processing.

  • Partner and work with divisions on recruitment and finance related matters, providing timely update and feedback.

  • Support and assist in reports generation, preparation and provide data analysis as and when required.

  • Ensure timely processing and execution of hiring and finance related matters.

  • Coordinate with recruitment agency to hire temporary and short-term manpower for departments and schools.

  • Adhere to procedures in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

  • Support and lead automation projects in the areas of adjunct and contingent workforce management.

  • Support and lead process improvement projects in the areas of adjunct and contingent workforce management.

  • Support other areas of work and projects as and when assigned.

[What we are looking for]

  • Degree in any discipline preferred.

  • Proven experience in finance and administration work, proficient in Microsoft Office suite

  • Ability to multi-task, maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.

  • Strong organisational skills and attention to details

  • Good communication, interpersonal and stakeholder management skills

  • Good knowledge in technology tools such as RPA

  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
