  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Firestone Bakery specialises in high-quality Artisan Sourdoughs and Viennoiseries made from all natural and premium ingredients using traditional methods. We're a small team of passionate individuals that love food and love creating new unique baked products. We're looking for a passionate and hardworking Retail Associate to join and expand our family!

*Candidates with right experience will be considered for management position*

Job Scope:

  • Perform daily retail operations and provide excellent customer service
  • Acquire necessary product knowledge and advise customers
  • Taking and managing online/phone orders and liaising with kitchen/production team and external logistics partners
  • Handling and managing the POS system (opening and closing)
  • Prepare FOH à la minute products in accordance with standard recipes
  • Making coffee and drinks using the professional espresso machine (Training will be provided)
  • Managing store inventory including re-ordering and regular stocktake
  • Upkeep cleanliness of food preparation area
  • Meet quality and hygiene standards in accordance with SFA & NEA

Requirements:

  • Preferrably have experience in F&B, Hospitality preferred but others are also welcomed to apply.
  • Able to work shifts, weekends and public holidays
  • Possess pleasant personality and is a great team player
  • Willingness to learn and be able to work indepedently

Personal Aptitudes:

  • Interest in food & Thirst for knowledge
  • Open-minded, optimistic and good interpersonal skills
  • Proactive in giving and receiving constructive feedback
