Job Description:
- Provide exceptional service to customers through various communication channels
- Troubleshoot basic customer issues and provide solutions
- Update customer accounts and process requests
- Assist with product inquiries and provide product recommendations
- Handle follow-ups with customers to ensure satisfaction
- Keep accurate records of all customer interactions
- Collaborate with colleagues to improve customer satisfaction metrics
Qualifications:
- Polytechnic Diploma (or equivalent) required
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

- Detail-oriented with good organizational skills
- Tech-savvy with basic knowledge of computer programs
- No prior experience necessary – we’ll train you!
