Legal Associate / Senior Legal Associate (Conveyancing)

Our client is looking for diligent and dynamic lawyers to join their Conveyancing Practice. They offer growth opportunities for lawyers who want to be part of a creative team of lawyers who work closely with clients in their business plans. Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide legal advice on various property transactions, such as sale and purchase agreements, leases, and title transfers;
  • Prepare and review legal documents, including contracts, sales and purchase agreements, and other paperwork related to property transactions;
  • Conduct property title searches and due diligence on land records and related documentation. Review titles and assess to identify any potential legal concerns;
  • Oversee the entire conveyancing process, from initial instructions to completion and settlement;
  • Facilitate settlements and resolve disputes related to property transactions when necessary;
  • Ensure all legal processes comply with Singapore’s property laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all property transactions, including legal documents, correspondence, and financial details.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor degree in Law with at least 2 years of experience, preferably as practising conveyancing lawyer.
  • Have passed the Bar Examinations and is a qualified Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore.
  • Excellent command of English and good interpersonal skills
  • Good team player and the ability to work independently.
