  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  • Assist with resolving client inquiries, concerns, and feedback promptly and professionally.
  • Support senior team members in managing client accounts and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Communicate between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Perform administrative duties such as preparing reports, scheduling meetings, and maintaining client records.
  • Track and follow up on client issues, ensuring timely resolution.
  • Participate in client onboarding and training sessions to facilitate smooth transitions.
