Job scope
Collaborate with department heads and hiring managers to understand manpower needs and provide recruitment guidance.
Develop and implement recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals and workforce planning.
Manage the full recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
Support performance management processes, including goal setting, reviews, and feedback, advising managers on employee performance issues.
Design and implement employee engagement initiatives, such as recognition programs, and conduct exit interviews to recommend retention strategies.
Oversee HR projects and processes, ensuring alignment with business objectives and driving process improvements.
Ensure compliance with relevant labor policies, employment laws, and regulations.
Requirement
Min Diploma in HR related courses with min 2 years of exp
