Analyze monthly PnL reports, including sales and labor costs, to identify opportunities for improvement.
Work with the management to develop strategies for increasing revenue and reducing expenses.
Marketing and Promotion:
Support promotional campaigns and events to drive traffic and revenue.
Collaborate on social media and marketing strategies to enhance the restaurant's presence.
