About the company:
We are a freight forwarder with presence in S.E.Asia and connected to global networks. Currently expanding our sales force and developing regular trade lanes and widening our coverage towards Asia Pacific. Established since 2016 we have grown steadily and we are starting the next phase of expansion. We are seeking sales persons who has the relevant and applicable experience join an expanding company.
Job Description:
Hunter role to secure new businesses
Farmer role to service existing customers and to expand service scope
Business development role to develop trade lanes and consolidations
To engage local coloaders to secure volume and tonnage for schedule consolidations
To engage overseas agents and foster close working relations
Develop and present sales and business plans
To attend overseas networking events and participate in trade fairs
The Candidate:
With at least 2 years of sales experience in the freight forwarding industry
Proven track record of sales achievement with a substanstial industrial contacts
Adaptable and able to work effectively with local and overseas sales and operation teams
Positive minded individual who see opportunities in obstacles
Creative person with an inclination to find ways and solutions
Updated with current affairs and the fast evolving industrial landscape
Remuneration and Benefits:
Five day work week.
Basic salary + commission + AWS and quarterly performance bonus.
