Incumbent will manage end-to-end learning and development activities of the Company, by working closely with employees, internal learning campus as well as external training partners to ensure training needs are fulfilled.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Partners the business closely to execute different phases of the training cycle.
- Manage end-to-end coordination of all training administrative needs in a timely manner.
- Conducts local training needs assessment and identifies mandatory and essential skills/knowledge gaps that need to be addressed.
- Communicates available training to employees and provides necessary information about the sessions.
- Support in creating and executing learning and development initiatives to build and maintain competence.
- Collaborate closely with the Company In-house Learning Campus to create and deliver content aligned with the global strategy and guidelines.
- Develop training and support materials where necessary. Comfortable with facilitating training sessions to support the learning and development needs of the employees.
- Maintain and update the curriculum database, training records as well as deliver timely and accurate monthly/quarterly reports.
- Maintain and manage the learning and training management system.
- Evaluates ongoing programs to ensure that they remain accurate and relevant to the audience.
- Administers and execute training programs to ensure compliance to Company’s health & safety standards (HSE).
- Coordinate and manage end-to-end orientation and onboarding program for new hires.
- Keen eye for continuous process improvements.
- Participate actively and contribute to HSE development and improvements.
- Participate actively and contribute to Lean Six Sigma development and improvements.
- Handle ad-hoc assignments/ projects that may arise.
Job Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration or Human Resources. Fresh graduates are eligible to apply.
- Good command of the verbal and written English language. Able to adapt communication style to suit a diverse audience.
- Comfortable and proficient in MS Office software and digital learning technologies.
- Resourceful with a good knowledge of learning and development trends as well as government support programs.
- A can-do attitude and able to handle changing requirements in a dynamic environment.
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality control and time management.
Job Types: Full-time, Fresh graduate
Pay: $3,100.00 - $4,500.00 per month
