Overall Job Responsibility
As an Assistant Manager in the Learning and Organisational Development team, you will assist in reviewing and implementing competency development efforts, workforce upskilling and organisational change management to build a high-performing and engaged workforce within SG Enable.
Duties and Responsibilities
Learning and Development
- Partner stakeholders to review and implement competency frameworks and career development pathways for various job families, including specialist tracks
- Develop and implement learning roadmaps for various job families
- Recommend learning programmes and work with training partners on the design of curriculum to meet Business Units’ training needs
- Review and implement learning and development policies such as sponsorship framework
- Review and implement learning and development initiatives to build a strong culture of learning in SG Enable
- Conduct career fairs and coordinate internship programmes
Organisational Development
- Assist in facilitating change management efforts, staff engagement sessions and communicating organisational changes
- Drive the implementation of the bi-annual Employee Engagement Survey, including analysing engagement scores and recommending solutions to address gaps to improve staff engagement level
Qualifications, Knowledge and Experience
- Degree holder, preferably in HR / Business Administration
- 2 to 3 years of experience in learning and development
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills and communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills and problem solving skills
- Proactive, resourceful and resilient
