Duties & Responsibilities
- Update, compile, manage, and monitor the Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and specifications for customer products
- Support the Manager/Lead in the quotation phase by preparing proposals and tender documents
- Assist the Manager/Lead in initiating production job launches
- Track and update customer purchase orders and delivery schedules
- Support the Production Head of Department (HOD) with process engineering planning (Job Traveller with Work Instructions) and cost estimation requests
- Effectively organize and prioritize various job launches and tasks to ensure timely completion
- Generate and manage job launches for new and repeat orders, ensuring proper material positioning
- Collaborate with the CNC Programming team on all New Product Introduction (NPI) and First Article (FA) fabrications
- Assist in any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- 1-3 years of experience in a customer support, engineering, or production planning role (may vary based on company size and complexity)
- Experience in manufacturing environments, particularly with Bill of Materials (BOM), drawings, and specifications
- Experience with customer interaction and managing purchase orders, schedules, and quotations
· Familiarity with process engineering planning and job scheduling
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $3,000.00 - $4,000.00 per month
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
Supplemental Pay:
- 13th month salary
