As Ask & Embla's CRM Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in managing customer relationships, optimizing retention strategies, and executing personalized marketing campaigns. Your work will center around leveraging CRM systems, analyzing customer data, and utilizing targeted communication channels, such as email and SMS, to enhance customer engagement and loyalty.

What You'll Do:

  • Customer Data Analysis & Reporting: Analyze customer behavior, purchase trends, and engagement data to identify opportunities for personalized marketing strategies. Create reports to communicate actionable insights to stakeholders.
  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design, implement, and track retention-focused marketing campaigns, including email, SMS, and personalized product recommendations, to drive customer loyalty and lifetime value.
  • Customer Segmentation & Personalization: Build and manage customer segments based on behaviors, demographics, and purchasing patterns. Use segmentation to tailor marketing messages and enhance customer interactions.
  • CRM System Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM system, ensuring customer data is accurate, complete, and segmented for targeted campaigns.
  • Process Optimization: Continuously improve CRM workflows, automation processes, and campaign strategies to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
  • System Integration & Automation: Ensure seamless integration between CRM platforms and marketing tools (email, SMS, automation) to streamline customer engagement.
  • User Training & Support: Educate and support internal teams on CRM best practices, system usage, and optimizing customer interaction processes.
  • Customer Feedback & Insights: Collect and analyze customer feedback through surveys, reviews, and direct communication. Leverage this data to refine marketing strategies and improve service offerings.
  • Compliance & Data Security: Ensure all customer data is securely handled, adhering to relevant regulations like GDPR, and that marketing campaigns comply with data protection laws.

Who You Are:

  • At least 2-3 years experience with email/SMS marketing tools and major CRM platforms to manage customer journeys.
  • Strong ability to analyze data and extract insights to inform marketing strategies. Familiarity with tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or Power BI is beneficial.
  • Proven experience in planning, executing, and optimizing email and SMS campaigns with a focus on customer retention.
  • Strong organizational skills to ensure accuracy in data, campaign tracking, and reporting.
  • Clear and concise communication abilities to convey data-driven insights and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
  • Capable of managing multiple CRM- and retention-related projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and objectives are met.
