Key Responsibilities
Staff Transport facilitates the daily night-time commutes of staff working on shifts and also manages the daytime bus shuttle services between the different SATS offices. The team plays a crucial role in ensuring the safety and comfort of staff during their travels.
The Staff Transport Officer will be a member of the team coordinating the daily Staff Transport operational activities. The duties include:
- Coordinate day-to-day staff transport operational activities and ensure transport activities are carried out:
- Collate transport indent.
- Perform transport pooling and route planning.
- Coordinate with Contractors to ensure that vehicles are deployed smoothly.
- Oversee operations at the main staging site.
- Perform audit checks on vendor operations.
- Manage and track staff feedback and address concerns related to staff transport matters.
- Collate and prepare daily transport reports.
- Ensure external vendor performance and compliance with service standards.
- Carry out any further tasks as directed by the Company.
- This role requires the candidate to perform shift duties.
Key Requirements
- Minimum Higher Nitec
- At least 2 years of frontline or operations working experience (experience in the aviation or transport industry will be advantageous)
- Good sense of direction, knowledge of Singapore road systems and residential zones preferred.
- Technically savvy, familiarity with computers and office procedures is necessary, including an understanding of word processing and spreadsheet software.
- Strong team player with the ability to work well with others.
- Self-motivated and independent, able to work under pressure.
- Possess excellent customer service attitude and strong analytical thinking skills with attention to detail.
- Willing to work on rotating night shift working hours at airport location.
