Facilities Project Manager (9 months contract) (ref:NC)

Job Responsibilities


Establish and analyse project budgets, estimate costs, and develop schedules
Understand the employer’s needs and create a detailed project brief
Advise on team selection, manage project consultants, and lead the project team
Attend meetings, prepare minutes, and compile comprehensive progress reports
Advise on procurement strategies, evaluate tenders, and select contractors
Ensure effective execution of projects, managing all phases from design to completion, meeting client requirements
Manage project finances and provide regular updates on progress to management
Oversee design delivery, construction schedules, and monitor project progress, ensuring alignment with the project brief
Ensure safety standards (ISO45001) and high-quality workmanship are maintained throughout the project
Provide comprehensive daily updates to the management on project status and manage the handover process at project completion




Requirements

Must have experience in handling renovation, interiors and project of value 1 million and above
Degree in Engineering (3 years of relevant experience) or Diploma (5 years) in building/construction-related projects.
Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
Self-motivated, proactive, able to work independently and ability to prioritise and organise activities in real-time
Team players who love working with others and are not afraid to take ownership of their actions
Team player with strong interpersonal skills, able to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines. Quick decision-making under pressure and comfortable with technology and paperless processes.
