Role/Position Overview

The Special Project Manager will be responsible for organizing, developing, implementing and managing programs to ensure continuous effort in driving Transacting New Users (CA Incentive Program) for Traveloka. The ideal candidate should have a solid background in Product Marketing or Product Management and particularly, had experience with the Online Travel Industry and owning a project related to consumer growth and user journey optimization. The role will focus on project management with the ability to communicate and build collaboration with key stakeholders from various backgrounds.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and execute CA Incentive strategies to acquire Transacting New Users for Traveloka

  • Collaborate various teams from multiple backgrounds to ensure smooth implementation of CA Incentive programs.

  • Conduct data and market analysis to optimize multiple programs, channels and product within Traveloka to drive Transacting New Users

  • Create and optimized a project management to deliver CA Incentive programs and operation in the most efficient manner

  • Assisting team and stakeholders in identifying & resolving data, technicalities and operational issues to maintain a high level of stability of the program.

  • Supporting the team in daily troubleshooting, bug fixing, and end-user support.

  • Creating and maintaining documentation on processes, policies, application configuration, and help-related materials.

Requirements

  • Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience in Product Marketing or Product Management, with at least 2 years of experience leading and managing a Team

  • Industry Background: Preferably experienced in the online travel platform

  • Analytical Skills: Strong Project management, analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

  • Adaptability: Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
