We are looking for a full time IT Helpdesk Support Executive to support the ongoing business operations across the Asia. The incumbent will be working alongside with the IT Department to provide all aspects of Information Technology (IT) support to BELFOR (Asia) Pte Ltd and all its business entities across the Asia regions.
Actively operational, the person shall come with extensive practical hands-on experiences accompanied with good academical background knowledge in various aspects of IT technologies (including infrastructures, network, security and hardware).
Key responsibilities: -
- Ensure BELFOR (Asia) IT infrastructure is excellent operational level with minimum downtime
- Provide support to IT infrastructure management, helpdesk end-user support, security and compliance, and policy and documentation
- Execute installation and maintain computer systems, software and networks to achieve the highest level of functionality
- Train users of the applicable systems and make appropriate recommendations to safeguard the usage of IT peripherals.
- Accountable for 1) IT Infrastructure Management; 2) End-User Support & Training; 3) Security & Compliance; 4) Policy and Documentation
Additional Requirements: -
- Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply who with satisfactory results
- Good written and verbal communication
- Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues effectively and provide constructive solutions
- Hands-on experiences with Microsoft Windows Server include Active Directory, DNS, DHCP and AD Group Policy
- Hands-on experiences with administration of Microsoft 365 (Office, Teams, Exchange, Azure, AD, Sharepoint, etc.)
- Hands-on experiences with end user computing support on Microsoft Windows 10 and 11
- Familiarity with Firewall, Router, IP Telephony, VPN and TCP/IP Networking configuration
- Familiarity with MDM, patch management and EDR endpoint security and data encryption
- Ability to work independently with minimum supervision and as a good team player
The person should have good practical troubleshooting experience and handle fundamental IT issues and identify potential risks that may deter/hamper efficiency performance level.
Details of the job role will be shared and discussed during the interview for candidate who are selected for the interview. This role is contract for twelve (12) months or till completion of project.

Pay: $3,500.00 - $4,300.00 per month
